Many companies are continuously trying to improve or introduce new products/services. So before they spend
many thousands/millions of pounds launching a new
product they like to ‘test the water?first to see what
people think of their product/service.

Our job is to find a small group of people (normally around
6-8 people) to take part in a focus group. These groups are
informal and you will just be asked for your honest opinion.
You may be shown a proto type of a new product, concept
or an advetising campaign and the researcher will ask various
questions to see what appeals or does not appeal to the group. There are no right or wrong answers and everyone may have
a completely different opinion!

Because your opinions are important to our clients, each
person is paid a cash (tax free) incentive which can vary
from around £30 to £150 depending on the nature of the
research. Most research session last 1-3 hours.
